After placed the order and pay it, you must call the restaurant not more than 10 mins after you placed the order.
You can have a refund in case you want cancel your order only in you call the restaurant no more than minutes after your place it and anyway the refund it’s applicable only if the food it’s not prepared or if the kitchen doesen’t start to prepare it.
The refund if applicable it can’t be process on line but the customers need to come to the restaurant in person and bring the card to proceed with the refund.
