Executive Chef Claudio Tentenni
Let’s get to know Giro D’italia’s wonderful staff members, as today we highlight our Executive Chef Claudio Tentenni.
He was born in Bologna and studied at a culinary school in Castel San Pietro Terme.
Over 15 years of experience Chef Claudio exploited his talents in many restaurants in Italy.
He also Worked at two Michelin Star restaurants: La Frasca, and Le Calandre.
Claudio wanted to broaden his horizons and take his talents to Canada.
After four years, all over the GTA had finally found the right home to display his amazing craft.
Giro D’Italia could not be happier to have him on our team to tingle the tastebuds of our wonderful clientele!
